Whether you’re looking for a venue for your wedding, holiday party, school or family reunion, fundraiser, celebration of life memorial, conference, meeting, retreat, or workshop, the newly-renovated Hotel Wolfe Island makes for a unique getaway from the city crowds, just a short ferry ride from downtown Kingston.

What We Offer

Food & Drink

Various food options at different price points — from a simple cocktail party with canapes, to a seated dinner with wine service, or a buffet style meal & open bar, our Events Manager and Executive Chef will take good care of you! See our menu options below for details.

Menu Options

Entertainment

We can offer live piano music played on our beautiful Steinway piano for a fee of $100, or ask us about booking from our network of talented live bands and DJs.

Accommodation

Availability for overnight guests, with 10 hotel rooms, 2 larger apartment suites, and a small cottage at a 15% discount for holiday parties.

Audio-Visual Services

For slideshows, speeches, or award ceremonies — we can offer a tech set up for a fee of $100.

Transportation

A shuttle bus to the ferry dock for $75 per trip. (The ferry to Wolfe Island is currently docking at the winter dock, about a 6-kilometre drive to the Hotel Wolfe Island).

Our Spaces

The Hotel has two main indoor venues:

The Piano Room

A formal private dining room with white linens and a wall of windows overlooking the lake and Kingston city lights. This room can comfortably seat 60 people and has a Steinway piano just waiting to be played for your dinner entertainment.

    The Restaurant

    Our newly renovated main restaurant space that can comfortably seat up to 80 people (or a cocktail capacity of 96), has a stage for a live band, a pool table, a wall of windows overlooking the lake and the Kingston city lights, and a long bar for casual socializing.
