Open Secret is a series of cooking classes that the Hotel Wolfe Island is offering to individuals and small groups, where you will learn the secrets to making a dinner for two of a cuisine type you choose.

When you arrive at 3:30pm, you will be greeted by the host and introduced to the Chef and Sous Chef who will present the event menu over a glass of wine. You will be engaged in our kitchen learning the secrets of cooking an appetizer and entrée with your own personal space, cutting board and Henckels knife that you will later take home with you as a gift. This intimate event is limited to eight guests and runs until 6:00. Upon ending you then get to enjoy your creation as a take out meal which will also include a delicious home-made desert. Wine pairings will be recommended and wine available for purchase.
