Mary Kate Terepka & Jeff Gleeson
MK and Jeff started playing music together in the 90s as high school students in Ottawa, and continued on through university as they collaborated in numerous bands. The busiest of these was called Jacob Two-Two, which released two albums and toured across Canada. They parted musical ways when MK moved to Toronto and both pursued other careers and started families. Jeff kept playing multiple instruments in bands including The Ethics, Cherie and Good Advice in Ottawa. Meanwhile, MK took up the ukulele and has been singing sparse covers at venues in Toronto with percussionist Christian Odorico, under the name MK&CO. For this very special show they will be meeting halfway and playing solo sets, and then joining together to revisit some of the music they have created for over 25 years.
