Join us for an engaging discussion on our local food system.

To celebrate positive changes happening in our region, and to understand how to make the food system work for both producers and consumers, we will hear from a panel of local growers, storytellers, community organizations, and researchers, on their projects surrounding food and environment.

The Island Talks speaker series launched in the Summer of 2022 with six local author readings, had amazing turnouts on the Hotel patio, and great conversations followed. To keep the magic of community conversation going, we’ve been hosting Talks throughout the Winter and Spring to explore the future of our island. We’ll be announcing our Summer schedule soon.
