Princess Towers / Analogues of May / Hsein
* Princess Towers (Kingston) *
Based in Kingston Ontario/Katarokwi, Princess Towers write heartfelt odes to small worlds and minor gods. Dabbling in folk, country, and other eclectic experiments, Arden Rogalsky’s small-thinking, big-feeling songs are assembled by the towering talents of Liam Cole, Michael Broadhead, and Dylan Lodge. Princess Towers released a new collection of songs, Remastered in Stereo, in May 2022.
* Analogues Of May (Toronto) *
Analogues Of May (Sara Jarvie-Clark) is a first study into Sara’s expression as a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. Drifting between the spirit of folk, chamber pop & psychedelic rock, her education in classical violin and her training as a theatre artist has heavily influenced her songwriting and composition intrigues over the years. Produced by Hugh Christopher Brown, she visions this first self-titled record – to be released via Wolfe Island Records on September 1st 2022- as a sonic play of meditations and odysseys; impressions on love, grief, knowledge and time.
* Hsien (Montreal) *
Hsien (仙), formerly known as Old Haunt, makes sparse and meditative music that draws from drone, traditional pop, singer-songwriter, and hymnody.
