No reservations required — Festivities kick off at 9pm in the main bar, with drinks, records on the turntable, and a midnight toast to ring in 2024 with good friends and neighbours!

Lobster Bisque – fresh atlantic lobster, lobster oil, squid ink dinner roll

Pan seared diver scallops – carrot and vanilla puree, parmesan crunch, black sesame

Herb crusted Alberta black Angus Reserve Prime rib – white truffle potato puree, duck fat yorkshire pudding, chanterelle mushroom demi, roasted heirloom carrot

Burnt almond and orange dark chocolate pate – barolo poached anjou pear, smoked maldon sea salt, bing cherry gastrique, merangue crumble
