No reservations required — Festivities kick off at 9pm in the main bar, with drinks, records on the turntable, and a midnight toast to ring in 2024 with good friends and neighbours!

First Course
Lobster Bisque – fresh atlantic lobster, lobster oil, squid ink dinner roll

Burratta Panzanella – brown butter crouton, fresh arugula, heirloom tomato, champagne and smoked lemon vinaigrette
Second Course
Pan-seared Diver Scallops – carrot and vanilla puree, parmesan crunch, black sesame

Herb-crusted Alberta Black Angus Reserve Prime Rib – white truffle potato puree, duck fat yorkshire pudding, chanterelle mushroom demi, roasted heirloom carrot
